I was really looking forward to getting this device and using it for internet access in wifi areas. Did the set up as prompted. Could not access my email at all, and of the numerous times I tried to access the internet in my home which has wifi, I rarely was able to get a connection. The few times I was able to, it was for a very short time before the connection dropped off. Didn't bother downloading music onto the iPod, as I knew I didn't want to keep it if I couldn't get internet access.

Great Product but priced too high on HSN... firstimer34, MD Rating 4/17/2012
When looking in to purchasing an Ipod touch I thought this was a good deal until after I received it. Started looking around and found it $100's less. Very good product, so no blame on that end.

what can I say, it serves me well, supported by my pioneer receiver and with dr dre earphone, this mp3 is awesome., but the regular earphone that comes with it, sound is so frustrating...
