Happy with HSN... RockyRoad, WA Rating 5/13/2012
I had my first Acer for 28 days when a key broke on the keyboard. The customer service was great. Very easy to return, and they sent me a replacement. I have had the second computer for over a month with no problems. Computer does the job, I like the color-blue.

I love this computer for its speed and many other features, but I am sick to death of the dang thing flipping back to another page. I can be working and lose it all with only a slight touch. Is there a fix for this, and if so, what is it? I notice I am not the only one with this issue and unfortunately it's too late for me to return it.
