How fast has 2009 flown by?????
But how can I complain when October is one of my favorite months of the year!!!!!

Dianne, I was very excited when I ordered your long sleeve black tee shirt with the fringes all around it. I ordered it in an extra large, and when I received it I was very upset as they sent me an extra small. I couldn't get my elbow into it. I called HSN and all they could do was apologise that the sales rep put in the wrong size, and I was told you were sold out. HOW CAN I GET THIS SPECIAL T SHIRT which is from my era and I really want to get it if possible. please tell me its possible.

Hi Diane! Went on-line to order another pair of your jeans (Skinny Stretch 5 Pocket Jeans) and you are all sold out! How can we buy your products when they are always gone? This is the second time I have encountered this and it is so frustrating! You would sell a lot more merchandise if you replentished in a more timely manner. I need 16 Women's in the Indigo and Black. I like the length of these, as I wear sport shoes. I would like to get the Boot Cut too, but they are too long for average.

Decided to try the DG jeans as others have told me they fit great. I received the jeans about a week ago, decided they were okay to wear when my father got here for vacation. Today I wore the jeans, and NOTICED FOUR holes (look like scissor cuts by the inside left knee which I didnt see when I did the quick fit try-on when they arrived. I AM APPALLED THAT HSN would have ZERO quality control on these jeans. Signed, disgusted.

LOVE, LOVE, REALLY LOVE your fashions, but can't wear them - had an 18 pound tumor that required a complete hysterectomy; ever since I have had several huge surgical hernias around my lower stomach area and can only wear pants that have an elastic waste top. I do have jeans that provide this feature and hold me in, but none as beautiful as your designs. PLEASE, PLEASE, PRETTY PLEASE design jeans with this feature (no zipper). Your wastebands are generous, but don't accommodate my problem.

I'm a complete devotee of your jeans! I'm building a collection and tell everyone about the wonderful quality, style and particularly the fit. But, the last few pair I've ordered, the fit seems to have changed (sz 8). Have you made the waist larger? My weight hasn't changed but all of a sudden with these last purchases, the waist is too big, and I find when I sit, the back of the jeans gap and pull down. PLEASE don't change the fit and cut of your wonderful jeans!!

Diane, What about us size 12 tall ladies. Tried to purchase a pair after I rec'v the sunkist white today in 12 tall & almost every jean, none left in 12T. Please I have the money to burn right now after losing 147 pounds but no where to burn it? I just gave away three pairs of size 24 tall jeans that I bought last year. Now I am a 12 tall. You have every other size but that? please stock up in that size. If thats a popular size, make more... very disappointed in your selection this date.

Hi Diane, I also LOVE your fashions. They are so upbeat and hip. I just feel appropriately dressed for my age (44), but not boring. I would love if you could come out with a thigh- length black velvet jacket something like your ponte knit boyfriend blazer with the longer length.I could see that with a long layered vintage silver necklace with pearls, jeans, and black boots. Hi Diane, I want to start out saying I love most of your cloths so much. Your tunics are the best ever! I have ONE BIG REQUEST --- WHY CAN'T YOU MAKE JUST ONE PAIR OF JEANS JUST UNDER THE BELLY BUTTON? Why do they all have to be way above the belly button. I know it gets so tiresome with everyone telling you what they want and how they want it and how you should do this and that and so forth.( I would know im a mother of 7). So the reason for my post is to ask a quick question. I am a person watcher I find myself saying they need Jeans with a flap that goes over the belly on the outsideto accent the womans curves.If you cant picture it try your best fitting jean with a triangle off the side and buttons at the waist and hides the belly or rolls.

Diane, please bring us more amanda trousers in the gabardine fabric. I wear only DG bottoms because no other brand fits my apple shape. The gabardine fabric was care free, could hang in the closet forever or pack in a suitcase, never a wrinkle. Also, they were warmer in the winter months than the average dress slacks. I had lost weight and gave away all my larger sizes, now I need to reorder, please bring them back.

hi diane - love, love your line - i have many of your clothes, including the silks you used to make - a few years ago, i bought a white blouse that never, ever needed ironing. all i had to do was wash, hang and wear! - somehow it got washed in the machine with other things and darkened - i have not been able to find this blouse in your line. pleasssseeee make it again - absolutely the best button down white blouse i ever owned! thanx

Dear Diane, I hope you will be back soon with more boot-cut jeans. I purchased your capri-length jeans in 16W in black. They were tight, so I purchased the velvet boot-cut jean in 18W. They were too loose to be flattering, so I sent them back. I'm on the waitlist for the 16W in the velvet jean and want to purchase your regular stretch book-cut jean in black. I also ordered your velvet jack in 1X and found it tight. I do love your jeans and jackets but no longer know what size to order.

Dear Diane, I already have your leopard jacket, which fits this petite grandma perfectly. I decided that although you are slim and I am not, that I would try the expresso stretch velvet bootcut jeans and bought the matching jacket. They just came, and I am so excited to say that I look great in them! You said that I would be sorry if I didn't order other colors, so I'm hopping on the wait list to get them in black. Diane, I know you have heard this before, but I love your clothes. I have so many of your items and love them all. You have a special gift. I have to ask you something though. I have been getting your jeans in 18wp. The length is perfect. My question is I wish the back of the jeans would rise up more. Does this mean that I need a misses instead? I would appreciate your input on this. Keep them coming and your look GREAT to be in your early 60's. You must be doing something right. :-)

Diane, I purchased five pair of your velvet jeans and four of the velvet jackets. I was blown away by the quality of the clothes. These are truly investment quality pieces.I like my clothes to fit loose and the stretch in the jeans will accommodate weight gain and loss. The quality of the fabric is simply outstanding. The velvet sets can be mixed and matched and complement other clothes. If a person has broad shoulders make sure to get the correct size. You have a customer for life. Dee

Diane, I am soooooooooo disappointed on your Acid Wash Jeans and Jackets. Only because I bought the brown and purple jackets and jeans. I had to send them back only to be very unhappy to find that the did ont have the colors in my size. I ordered the same size 6 jeans, and Small in the jacket. I had to go up to a Med and 8, but did not have my size. I received my refund but had rather had the jeans and jackets. Why have you changed your sizing? I like things the way they were.

Hello Diane- I belived you when you said your jeans would run true to size, I bought the best kept secret in size 8. I only weigh 135 lbs and stand 5'7 and I was so excited to get your jeans. Now I am so disappointed, the size 8 almost fell down to my knees zipped up. So if your jeans run true to size, what size should I be? In the real world 135 is a size 10, so again what size would I be in your jeans?

Diane, thank you for all the fabulous fashion over the years. One thing I would like to see for those of us w/thighs is straight legged jeans. While I am a 4 petite, I do have thighs and jeans w/a relaxed fit from the thigh down work so much better for me. I have your sailor jeans, trousers and boot-cut, but the straight leg silhouette is my favorite. Thanks for your consideration.

Diane you inspire me because I am 57 and don't feel old and you make young clothes and wear them showing we can still be hot. I ordered and am on waitlist for the black jean jacket with the patent leather embellishment on the front and the Gorgeous and Sexy large diamond cross on the sleeve. I am a size 3x and it is my arms that are larger. Please tell me if the size on the arms are very fitted, ie they won't fit a larger arm. The description says the jacket is cut fitted

The jackets state online to be dry clenaed but you commented many times during the shows that these could be tossed in the washing machine. During this past weekend when you were with Boobi Ray you had a sequine shell that you had no item number for and said it would show up later in the show or on the web ........can't find it. The last time you had the sequine shells I got every color.....but would really like the brown one that was shown. I would like to have the duster without the belt look, I am very large busted and this hits very high on me. Please bring back your trousers. The pants are great for work and evening. There is such a deficit of tall trousers/pants for women. One other thing please; it would be great if on the tag of the pants it said the style. I ordered several pair last year and then ordered more, but they were they wrong style and fit badly. Love your jeans !!! Was wondering if you would consider making your regular jeans in a inseam of 32 inches rather than 31 1/2 inches. That 1/2 inch longer really makes a difference. The tall length of 34 inches is too long. Thanks

Your items seem quite nice, I would suggest adding a few flex pay options, espcially during the holiday season, your competitors are offering up to five flex pays throughout the holiday season, just to make it a little easier to purchased several gifts for friends and family, times are a little tougher finanically, show a little appreciation to your loyal customers, also your customer service reps could be just a little nicer, sometimes I feel like I'm bothering them when I call.

i wanted to buy the purple blazer and pants as you said to buy them as a suit but the blazer sold out and the pants were waitlisted. we need you to bring larger quanities as your product are so good and if you cant get them you will turn to something elese as you feel cheated.

Hi Diane - I REALLY wanted the purple velvet pants and jacket with the purple turtleneck. I was so disappointed when I found out there was a wait list and I was not able to order it. Thanks so much for the tall inseams and truly long, long sleeves. Fashion for tall women is still, remarkably difficult to find! As a tall women in my 40's, I find that the vast majority of tall sizes are obviously designed for much younger and much straighter women. In spite of the long overdue chorus of Fashion Should Be For ALL Women, I have yet to see a Tall Section in any major department store!

I have your expresso jean jacket with colored rhinestones on cuff and hem. I love this jacket. Try to make a similar jacket with pockets on side instead of breast pockets. Takes too much fishing for keys, wallet, etc. and I don't need more bulk up there. haha I love the style and comfort of this jacket. I love the color too.

I am 75 years old, weight 115 and 5 foot 2 inches. Your dg2 are wonderful. We raise cattle and most time jean walking short length is what I wear for work. I have boys wear for this but too big around waist. Would this type walking short sale? If so would you do for spring.

Diane I love your jeans so much that I bought them for two of my sisters and now they are hooked. Have one more sister to buy for and I'm sure she will love them like the rest of us. I think I have 12 pairs so far and just started last year. My favorite ones are the skinny jeans with the ankle zipper. The fit is perfect. Diane, I too, love your jeans. About 4 years ago I bought a pair of butterfly jeans that I still get compliments on. They look antique lacy in the body of the butterfly, have brown lace also, and brown chain stitched trim accenting them. I have never seen them again, but these are getting a little worn in the thighs and I need a new pair. Any chance of them coming back? Diane/HSN: The faults I find with your jeans is they are too high waisted for smaller women & the pockets pooch out (they don't lie flat.) The length is great. I'm 52 & short in the torso & your jeans come up to my ribs!!! They are too long from the crotch to waist. I like jeans to hit me an inch or two below the belly button. Could you make low waist jeans & also some that are hip huggers? (Some of us still do not look or act our ages..lol) Please consider this for small women everywhere!!

Diane, I just received the DG2 Bootcut Jean in black and must say that I LOVE them!!! I have such trouble finding a petite plus in my size 24WP and am so happy you carry that size in some of your jeans. Just wish they were in all you jeans and pants. The only thing was that since it is a low rise jean, it does go lower at my backside them I'd like so I hope you make some like this in a regular or higher waistline for us older women. I'll wear long tunics with this one...I will be ordering more.

I purchased the retro jean in size 6 and also the western jean with the studs and leather trim and they do not fit - I purchased all my other jeans in size 6 and even 4 and they fit fine...I cannot imagine why the two pair described above do not fit my waist. Diane: I LOVE your jeans. They are the only ones I will wear but they just sell out too quickly. When you were on the air, I ordered a pair of black DG2 4 pocket jeans. They said they would be sent out. Then I get a phone call message from HSN saying they would be delayed and give me an expected receive date. I didnt hear anything or receive the jeans so I called and was told that they had over booked them so I wouldnt be receiving them. I was so upset. I am bummed!

Diane. I purchased your skinny black stretch jeans with the zippers at the bottom in size 4. They feel wonderful, look really sharp with my thi high boots. I do have a question: At the Zipper area the black color started to get lighter and this was the first time that I washed these. I wash all my colored clothes in cold water and turn my jeans inside out. I am concerned, since I have 9 pairs of black DKNY jeans and never had that happen. Please offer me advice on this problem.

Fall is a great season. Just wanted to let you know that I wore your turtleneck silk dress with the ruffles in the front to a wedding this past weekend. I got multiple compliments including several from a man I just met who said that my dress was beautiful and I looked like one hot woman. I wear your jeans and like them. I would like them better if the back rise were a little higher. I have large hips and thighs but do have a waist. I also wonder if you have considered doing women's petite sizing in tops, tunics , jackets and vests. I am short waisted and have difficulty finding tops that have a waist line that matches mine. Most are too long and then pull across my hipline. I just ordered the baby doll tunic and am hoping that the waistline will not be too low. Designs are great

I have tried several different types of your jeans, but have had to return most of them. Inconsistent sizing! The only ones I have been able to wear are your crop pants, any of the pants that aren't full length. I did keep the retro jeans, but that was definitely a mistake. I wish they still made size 13. So I have to buy a belt to hold them up. I don't really like any pants with elastic in them.
