ANTIPASTO RING
Serving Size: 16 big pieces
For Super 8 Nonstick Baking Set by Debra Murray
Ingredients
4 pack of buttermilk biscuits. They come all secured in the refrigerator dough section of grocery store.
1 package pizza cheese (We like the 6 cheese Italian blend)
2 packages Hormel sliced pepperoni
1 small can sliced olives
1 small can sliced mushrooms (Optional)
1 fresh pepper chopped. We use a little of red and green. ( about half of each for color.)
1 jar ready made pizza sauce
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.


  2. Prepare pan by pressing the 10 inch ring onto base. Then press the tube attachment onto form. Spray well with nonstick.


  3. In a large bowl, put pepperoni slices, cheese, drained olives and mushrooms and diced peppers. Reserve 1/4 cup of cheese to sprinkle on top. Mix up ingredients.


  4. Open biscuit containers and place a layer of biscuits on bottom of pan.


  5. Sprinkle half the cheese mixture over dough.


  6. Place another layer of biscuits and top with remaining cheese mixture.


  7. Place pan in oven and bake for 30 minutes.


  8. To serve - remove the tube attachment.


  9. If you have a glass custard cup or small soufflé dish, fill with warmed pizza sauce place the cup in the center of the antipasto ring.


  10. Cut the antipasto ring like a coffee cake and let your friends and family take their slices and dip in the pizza sauce.
