One Pot Pasta Primavera

Ingredients
2 cups dry pasta (ie..ziti, penne)
2 cups beef, chicken, or vegatable stock
1 1/2 cups pasta sauce -- bottled or homemade
1 cup fresh vegetables (zuchini, brocoli, mushrooms)
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese -- optional

Directions
  1. Add pasta, stock, and sauce to rice cooker. Press cook.

  2. After 10 minutes, stir in vegetables and sprinkle cheese on top. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

  3. Switch to keep warm until ready to eat.
