As a newbie, I don't feel qualified to review this product much. It has been really easy for me to do small beginner projects. I like experimenting with the stitches and feet. I have never threaded a machine before, but the instructions were clear and concise and I did it the first time. The only thing I have trouble with is filling the bobbins, but I am sure that's a beginner thing. Overall, I love the machine. It was a perfect anniversary gift!
Just tested my new Singer 160 Anniversary Machine and feel so lucky I was able to get this through HSN--Very easy machine, also beautiful to just look at. Perfect for beginner sewers and veteran sewers. Again I was so blessed to get this from HSN when I did. The price was much less than what they are going for now;
From this purchase alone I have learned to check with HSN before I buy from anyone else.
