Juki is a GREAT model from what I read but only after two weeks of some serious use the machine locked up!. I sent it back, and ordered another juki it suppose to be a good quality machine, here's hoping the next one lives longer.

Very good product but HSN sent blank DVD... JChew808433226, MD Rating

I am a beginner sewer been sewing 2 weeks yet threading the machine isn't as complicated as it sounds. The machine has worked great thus far. Unfortunately the electronic workbook CD was blank and HSN expressed they were unable to assist me with this issue and directed me to Juki instead -- I haven't received a response from Juki...VERY disspointing but I'll keep trying.
