I got this juki because I had given my daughter my other one. I was so easy to use, just serge and go. Great machine.

I love this machine. I have not used it as much as I thought I would. I am still learning to sew knits, so they end up all stretched and out of shape. That's my error, not the machine. The only thing I don't like is that it is so hard to thread, even following the video and the diagrams.

This is my first serger and i am happy it did not take me long to thread it, i just wish the electronic cd is printed already so i dont have to open the computer for reference. Very nice machine it is light and compact.

I love this serger! I've had other sergers singer, europro and babylock which were all nice but this one is powerful. Sometimes I need to serg over projects which have several layers with thick batting, with my other sergers the project would get caught in the knife cutter or machanisms. My purses and other quilted project serg through easy on this juki serger. Easy to thread, just make sure you floss back and forth under the tensions. I also like the electric workbook.

My Wife\'s Third Juki Serger!... watchman1747, WA Rating

Bought this as replacement for my wife's 23 year old Juki serger that has never given her a minute of trouble. This one just has several upgrades and features the old one doesn't. She loves it and has been using it daily since she got it!! Thanks HSN for bringing in a quality company like Juki!
