I bought this specifically for some brass items that I have in my possession. This product did not fair well. Unless I'm mistaken, this product is not quite what it claims.

The demonstration shown on TV is totally bogus. Attempted to clean my coffee service this morning and it did not clean anything. I immediately went back to using Wrights. I truly cannot believe that HSN would promote a product that so blatantly does not work as indicated. I only gave it one star because the program would not let me proceed with no stars. But, believe me, it deserves no stars!!

I HAVE TRIED SO MANY SILVER CLEANERS, LIQUIDYOU KNOW THE ONEI HAVE USED PASTESTHATS JUST NASTYNOTHING EVER REALLY DID ANY GOOD.I WAS SKEPTICAL ABOUT THIS PRODUCT ALSO NOTHING WORKS LIKE THAT EVER...BOY DID I GET THAT WRONG.MY MOM HAS SILVER PIECES THAT ARE OVER 100 YEARS OLD FROM HER GRANDPARENTS I HAVE NEVER SEEN THEM LOOK LIKE THAT EVER.IT JUST MELTED THE TARNISH AWAY.WE WENT CRAZY CLEANING.THANK YOU...

This works just as advertised... I could not believe my eyes when I put a silver chain that was tarnished into the solution and immediately it looked just like new! There is a slight sulfur odor as they mentioned, but only when a piece is badly tarnished. I cleaned 20 chains and 9 pendants and it took less than 1/2 hr! Love this and I am telling everyone about the product.
