I got this product for someone as a gift. When i went to go assemble, it was a nightmare. The assembly directions were not even close to being correct. It looked like they went to a different model. Once together though it works great. Just plan on at least 2-3 hours to assemble.

I just finished putting this wonderful product together and can't wait to start sewing. It wasn't too difficult to put together, it took just about two hours. While I love the cabinet, I am very impressed with the Customer Service offered by the ARROW company. The maker of this cabinet called to advise that it had been shipped and provided a special phone number should I have any problems or questions. There was a small amount of damage due to shipping. When I called Arrow, the problem was solved very quickly. The customer service rep at Arrow took care of everything. I LOVE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Poor quality... momcolefamily, CO Rating

I expected way more quality for the price of this cabinet. My boxes were damaged, the cabinet was scratched and also I had a lot of trouble putting it together. I took about 5 hours and that was with my 18 year old helping me.

I have had this Sewing Machine Cabinet on my wishlist for so long. When the opportunity came up to buy in payments I jumped on it. I am loving it. My friend put it together for me in no time and it looks great in my sewing room. I love the way that it just tucks my Bernina Sewing machine away so easily and quickly when I am not sewing on a project. I am so happy I finally got it!
