Sorry I've fallen behind in answering your questions....it's been a busy summer!

First of all, many of you are asking about our Prestige Anti-tarnish boxes...We hear you!

We are presently working on several new designs (including larger, multi drawer boxes) and we will be introducing new colors as well as continuing to feature the classic favorites.  The cuff box will be here on August 30 (our big Designer Jewelry Gallery Day!).  The new earring box will also be introduced Aug. 30th.  My "box team" does read all of  your feedback.  We are planning on having a better selection of boxes in stock on HSN.com in the upcoming months. Thanks for all your requests, suggestions and comments - we're listening!

For all the "Pearl Girls" - Many of you are wondering about my "giant" pearl necklace and matching earrings...These are coming to HSN in November as part of My Favorite Things!  They're very bold, but extremely light and comfortable to wear...stay tuned!

I've had several requests for my sequined sweater jacket - I have good news!  This sweater jacket is a personal favorite of mine - our fashion buyers have decided to make it a Today's Special for Fall Fashion Week!  I'm very excited to bring you this gorgeous jacket in 4 stunning colors - black, platinum, bronze and rose.  You can look for this and many other favorite tops I love to wear - Hope you can watch on Sept. 19th at midnight!

Skin Care:  Several of you have asked about my favorite skin care products.....As you can imagine, I have many faves as we sell such an incredible selection of skin care products here at HSN.  My newest favorites are Lancome's Genefique (the results for me have been wonderful!) and Serious Skin Care's new Replicate and Renew.

I would recommend both of these as new items to try with your other favorite skin care products!

I loved those rings (blue, green and yellow). I ordered 2 of them. I mis-placed HSN's address (ordered to at pay by check) and when I called to get it and confirm the order, they told me there was nothing on record. As you know, all 3 sold out. HSN is great at taking orders, not so great at resolving problems. Will these rings be coming back? FYI, I love your choice in jewery and clothes, so classy.

Hello Colleen, I have watched your presentations for a while now. I have a question about how do I get the item number of the pendent (large square shaped) that you were wearing when you presented the 49ct clear quartz ring. I would like to order them both. It was the show when a new designer was following your presentation named Heather Benjamin. When I pulled up the ring and watched the video the pendent looked nice with this ring. Hi Coleen. Love your jewelry shows. You are so informative and make shopping fun. I hope you stay another 15 years plus. Also, I have been hesitant to purchase rings with multiple small stones because I have experienced losing stones. This occurred with one of Adrien's rings and a silver ring with 3 iolite stones. Can anything be done to keep from losing stones. Adrien's ring was worn once and the iolite ring a few times. Thank you

colleen-i have to agree with everyone, as hsn. is the best...love being able to set in our living rooms or where-ever and shop..easy returns if need-be.no-trying to find a parking place at the malls, and then come out and try to find where you-parked at and your-car, for 30-minutes or longer..thank-you so much, for all the wonderful people at hsn....i could be a spokes-person for hsn...matter of fact i am, as i brag to everyone that will listen...gotta love-it!!!!

Hi Colleen....I was so excited to see the Sajen ring as a TSV. You had been taunting us by wearing it on air. I looked and looked and couldn't find it until I turned on the show and there it was! I was so thrilled that I called and asked to speak to you, must of waited 15 minutes but I really wanted you to know just how beautiful I thought the ring was. I ended up getting the matching earrings and pendant also, now they need to come out with a bracelet. I can't wait to receive my jewelry!

I am formally addicted to HSN! I would love to see HSN to carry another designer jewelry line, Alkemie. Wonderful, wonderful jewelry at reasonable prices. I am sure a real seller for HSN. I own several pieces and they are unique and for all ages. Certainly would be a hot line for HSN. Next, I honestly would love to see Amedeo bring his more expensive rings to HSN such as the elephant, or horse rings this fall too. Would love to see him bring some snake or rose skin rings to HSN this fall.

Hello Colleen, I enjoy seeing you host jewelry, you're a beautiful lady, you seem to enjoy what you're doing and I love your energy. I'm writing in regards to the jewelry boxes. I read you were coming up with new ideas in the coming months. A few years ago a jewelry boxes shown to hold Jay Kings necklaces. I have many Jay King pieces, could you get that box back? Colleen, you are the BEST! Please always show the underside of rings. I wear a smaller size when there is space under the top of the ring. I need to see the underside. Also, please ask Sajen Silver to make rings with solid backs. I am leary about adjustable rings. I love Sajen Silver, so I hope that I can get a solid-backed ring.

Hola Colleen, I would love to find out if designer Amy Kahn Russell will have any dragonfly jewelry in the future. Dragonflies are very symbolic of hope and so beautiful. Colleen, I just absolutely adore the prestige jewelry boxes. I own the stackable ring box, and just purchased the dangling earring box. I cannot wait until it gets to my door. The style and quality are exactly as you have described them to be. It helps me keep my jewelry in place and organized. I would love to see a necklace/chain prestige jewelry box (especially to help preserve the jewelry that I have for a long time to come). Please try to put the word in to the design team. Ta-Ta!!

Colleen, love the earring box but just too small for a woman with a huge collection and hope we can down the line make a bigger one length wise that will hold hundreds pairs on the slide outs panels. Also Is the watch or is called bangle box with the five or six take out rolls coming back, I have one full of watches and I need more for bangles and more watches. I know too much jewelry but it is my vice! ThankS Rita These boxes can really make live alot simpler!

Less than 3 years ago I discovered HSN and the buying began.........mostly jewelry, and I have several of your boxes full. Recently, my sister let me know that a stone had fallen out of the ring that I got her for Xmas 2008. Then a stone fell out of my gorgeous pink Amy flanked by pink garnet, then one of the beautiful purple jade earrings broke loose from the shepards hook. I contacted HSN, and basically I was told tough luck, the items are too old. since I have a lot of jewelry, don'tuse a lot

I have commented several times to the to customer service that I wish that they would also sell items for petite women such as shoe sizes that start at a 4, rings that would start at a size 3and 4, smaller bracelets, and petite size clothes. These sizes are hard to find in retail stores. I feel if you sold the smaller sizes and/or hard to find sizes it would also boost your sales and help petite women. I would also like to see more skin care and make up that is fragrance free.

A few years ago Colleen offered a La Loop like eyeglass necklace. I am continuously getting compliments on my turquoise like necklace and cannot find them any longer on HSN. Colleen can you bring it back? In all or different colors as before as I would like to get more colors and give them as gifts. Please mine looks brand new and has a lot of use behind it. Colleen, I just love everything about you. You remind me myself. I love beautiful jewelry,clothes,art and adventure. My husband treats me as great as Carlos does to you. I am blessed with a wonderful life. I have a son that graduated college last year in and majored in journalism and is working his way to receiveing hi Master's. I have a request, I have such big bold rings in gold and Sterling that I can't seem to fit them in my Prestige ring box roll. They are very wide. Could you design one.

Earring box is nice -- but not practical enough for girls who love post earrings. How about a box similar to the one where the top slides out for the long necklaces and the insert has holes for post earrings instead of the hooks for chains and long necklaces? That way you could fit about fifty pair of earrings and the clear front would enable you to see the ones you want to wear.

Colleen, I would love to see Amy Kahn Russell higher end jewelry on HSN. I love her carved safari collection more then the ones that our painted on. Would love to see a carved giraffe and elephant pendant, ring, bracelet and earrings. I would pay around the 800.00 range for a carved elephant and a pendant. I keep holding out that she will being some of her higher end stuff to HSN. For Amedeo, I would love to see him bring some safari rings, bracelets and pendants with the snake skin.

colleen i wish that i could borrow-nate, from hsn. as our house needs a make-over, as it was built in the 60's,and it looks like a florida home,inside and out, but it's out dated,and we have a closed in florida room, with windows,on the back of our house,i'm 66 and my husband is 75, so we would like to see this home turned into a great-place before we kick the bucket.we are the second owners. we have the same carpet, and dark-paneling..from the 60's..please help!!!

Hi Colleen It is a pleasure to watch when you do the show. I am in the customer relation field and can appreciate someone who really connects to the customers as you do. It is like you are in our home. You are a true artist in your field. I would like to see the Prestige boxes to store Mens watches. As you know they are heavy and most of the time larger than ladies. My Son collects watches and has some very nice expensive ones. A box that was open for viewing would be great.

I order alot and i read alot of reviews and i cant tell u how many people complain about the smell of the bags and how they have to be aired out for weeks and many to be returned! Hey Colleen, short & sweet. A beautiful, educated host, congrats on 15 years! The hosts are ALWAYS asking us to call in & I have tried twice. I held on for 40 MINS each time & then a tape said I wouldn't get through. Ugh. Have several pieces of NB including the Raj collection. Is she off HSN now? We loved watching the two of you...yes the years have gone fast...but you look as terrific as ever!...Your Prestige Jewelry boxes are a real fgind- I agree with others on two points- hard to open with little knobs...what about using handles? What do you call the gadget that you can use to double a necklace that you can't put over your head and it does not have a clasp? I believe it is oval and hooks at the back of the neck, securing both ends of the doubled necklace. I have a suggestion for your jewelry boxes....I have numerous wide band rings such as the Jay King rings & feel bad when I have to force them into the slot of a ring box.
