I PURCHASED 1 OF THESE TO GIVE AS A WEDDING GIFT TO AN UPPER CLASS COUPLE. WHEN IT ARRIVED, I OPENED IT TO CHECK IT & IT WAS "PERFECT" & NOT MISSING ANYTHING! AS I CAREFULLY RE-WRAPED EACH PIECE & PUT IT BACK IN THE BOX, I DECIDED THAT I HAD TO HAVE 1 FOR MYSELF! IT WAS PERFECT TOO. I AM SO HAPPY, IT IS BEAUTIFULLY DONE "CRYSTAL" NOT PLASTIC.

It looks chunky but I hoped it wasn't too much, it was. It could have been made more elegant. I think they missed the boat on this one. It is sent back in less than 3 hours. too bad.

The candelabra looked great when I received it, but shortly after that some of the glass crystals fell off. I tried to glue them on, but it did not work. I would not order anything from Sorelle again.

I really like Sorelle products, and have a lot of it. This one just happens to match my present chandelier and really makes a nice table setting.

I order One candelabra and it come with out one of the hooks from the petals to hang the cristal drops, so it went back the second one come out ok, so I decide to order another to have the pair and it come with one of the arms broke, it went back and Im waiting for the replace I hope will be ok, it's a nightmare going to the ups everytime an item is defective. nice items very delicates so they should pack them well and have UPS aware, like use a label so they will know its a fragile item.
