This looked like it would be beautiful but I had to send it back because it arrived in many, many broken pieces. The inner box was wrapped well and was put inside a second secure box. The second box was put into an HSN carboard box with those air bag things. Obviously it didn't keep the box from being tossed around in transit. The refund was no problem but if it had been boxed correctly there wold have been no damage.

I was very pleased to show this wonderful piece on my buffet during Christmas. The Menorah will always be on display during the Christmas season to represent just one of the many mircales given freely by God.

This is beautiful, but someone underestimated the power of the UPS man and didn't pack it very well, When it arrived it was in pieces. I sent it back and there were none left. too bad. It is beautiful. What a disappointment. HSN you are slipping. This is the third thing I've gotten this Christmas season that has been faulty. Wait a minute, fourth, my son's radio car lasted about 10 minutes before it fell apart.

I was so excited to receive this menorah. I collect beautiful crystal, and to find Judaica crystal of this magnitude , quality, and price is remarkable. Unfortunately, despite the double boxed shipping and bubble wrap in-between the bottom of the inner box and outer box, the menorah arrived with one of the candle arms broken off :-( Of course, I will be returning the menorah. I hope HSN will will be able to exchange my menorah and send out a replacement BEFORE the first night of Chanukah.

This menorah is absolutely beautiful. It's large & heavy. Beautiful workmanship. An asset to anyone collecting crystal or Judaica. A real showcase piece. I would highly recommend this piece. I LOVE IT!!!!!!
