What a disappointment to open this up and discover that this big hunk of glass sits on a tiny narrow base. It is so top heavy that I can't picture putting it anywhere without it falling over and breaking or scratching some thing or some one. Too bad, because I loved the idea as it would have made an eye-catching decorative for the bedroom.
