I got the lighted base which makes this angel really come to life. On it's own it is just average.

The wings of the angel had blemishes,,,not little air bubbles more like scratches. It was just too much of a hassle to repackage and send back, I doubt if I will be buying any more Sorell crystal.

I love this angel. I also orded the lighted base. I intend to use it as night lights in my kids room. The only problem is that the angel is damaged in shipping. I have returned 3 angels thus far trying to get a total of 2 angels that are not broken. HSN or Sorelle needs to pay attention to the packing process. But, I love the angel, so I am giving it shot number 3.

I originally bought this as a gift along with the illuminating base for someone who collects crystal. But when it arrived I could not bear to part with it or the base. It's not as delicate (obviously) as my Swarovski, but then the price is not the same either. Will check out other Sorelle items.

I have ordered three of these angels. One is to keep and two others for gifts. The angel is very substantial and looks as if you spent much more!! It is a sweet and thoughtful gift which I believe will sit out year round, not just at Christmas.
