This angel is absolutely beautiful! I previously ordered 2 and loved it so much that I ordered 3 more. Unfortunately, 1 had a broken chain so I fixed it myself. The other was broken in half. It arrived and the inner box wasn't sealed, the tape on the styrofoam around angel was open, and. I honestly believe the angel was previously returned and was stuck it in a new box. Now it has been returned again. My rating is high based on the beauty of the Angel

I purchased this item as a Xmas gift for my Son's Mother, as it is an exquisite depiction of "our little family" watched over by a Heavenly Figure. I opened the box(es) it came in, packaging aside, to insure it's "integrity" upon arrival after shipping to find the crystal figurine in PERFECT condition. It is a BEAUTIFUL item without "excessive" beveling, but more than enough to create a GORGEOUS array of dispursed light in a rainbow of reflective BEAUTY. The Crystal Angel's WINGS were SIZEABLE and the DELIGHTFUL CHARMS had pretty and varied colors of one crystal embedded within each charm. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this item to EVERYONE!
