Own a real piece of America monetary history.

The Series of 1923 $1 Silver Certificates was America's last large-size bank note, while the Series of 1928 and Series of 1934 $1 Silver Certificates were America's first small-size bank notes. These bank notes are fascinating pieces of history, but they disappeared from circulation up to 70 years ago.

Silver Certificate Type Set Features:

  • (3) $1 Silver Certificates
  • 1923 "Horseblanket" Silver Certificate - the series of 1923 certificates is about 50% bigger than today's notes and was so large that it was called a "Horseblanket."
  • 1928 small-size Silver Certificate - the series of 1928 certificates was America's first small-size bank note
  • 1934 small-size Silver Certificate - the short-lived series of 1934 certificates was the second small-size of the Silver Certificates
  • In Very Fine or better condition
  • In a folder with Certificate of Authenticity
