Get in on a great opportunity to own a classic coin treasure with this 1922 Peace Silver Dollar. Made to commemorate peace after World War I, it is the last silver dollar ever issued by the United States Government intended for circulation.

1922 Peace Silver Dollar Features:

  • First issued as a celebration of world peace after World War I
  • Beautiful design - sculptor Anthony De Francisci portrayed his wife Teresa as Lady Liberty on the coin's obverse. The reverse shows an eagle holding only an olive branch of peace instead of the usual olive branch and arrows of war. The eagle is also sitting on a rock inscribed with the word "PEACE".
  • Circulated condition
  • Philadelphia mint
  • 90% silver - considered solid silver in coin collecting.  It is estimated that 90-95% of all Peace Silver Dollars have been melted down for their silver content.
  • Custom acrylic presentation lens
  • Custom wrapped box

Note: All coin items considered for return must be in their original condition as sold. Seals and cases contribute to the value of the coin and currency collectibles and must remain intact and unbroken. This applies but is not limited to: grading cases, Mint and Proof cases and packages, bag seals, original government sealed packaging and/or any other special packaging or containers.
