Received mine today 4-22-10. The 1878 had many marks on the face and the Mint mark on the rear Was not clear even with magnification. It appears it is an S,but not sure.It is completely closed up.Its too much trouble to return. After collecting for 55 years i can tell A Bu coin.Lesson learned.

If its not NGC or PGCS then forget about it.... Anonymous , IL Rating 3/14/2007
When are you guys gonna learn, do not believe any grading of coins from HSN unless NGC or PGCS. Unless it is in one of the "Big 2" in coin grading it is not worth the price of admission.

Own a collectible Morgan Silver Dollar from 1878, the first year they were minted, and from 1921, the last year, with these First and Last Mint Years - 1878 and 1921 - Morgan Silver Dollars. In Very Fine or better condition, each coin comes in its own sealed, clear protective holder, and both fit into a custom black presentation case. The obverse of the coin features Lady Liberty with the date. The reverse of the coin depicts a large eagle. They're composed of 90% silver/10% copper. These are the largest (approx. 38mm diameter) and some of the most popular silver coins ever minted for regular production. They weigh approx. 26.73 grams each and contain almost an ounce of solid silver. Most George T. Morgan dollars were melted down in the Pittman Act of 1918 for their silver content.

Seals and cases contribute to the value of the coin and currency collectibles and must remain intact and unbroken.
