• Presidential Dollar series - celebrates each non-living United States President; issued in the order the Presidents served at a rate of 4 per year
• Similar in size and color to the Sacagawea, with no inscription on the obverse or face side
• Obverse: features bold portraits of the former Presidents. Inscriptions include the President's name, the dates or years of his term in office, a number indicating the order in which he served, and the inscription IN GOD WE TRUST
• Reverse: features a dramatic rendition of the Statue of Liberty. Inscriptions include $1 and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. According to the United States Mint, "The word "Liberty" does not appear on the coin, as it does on all other circulating coins. Rather, each coin represents this important value by depicting the Statue of Liberty on the reverse
• Edge of coin: several of the inscriptions traditionally found on the face of circulating coins have been moved to the edge, making these coins unique among U.S. circulation coins. They are E PLURIBUS UNUM, the year of minting and the mint mark. In addition, the edge includes 13 stars
• P- and D-Mint Brilliant Uncirculated - coins have not been issued for public circulation
• S-Mint Proof coin - struck at least twice on highly polished coin blanks to bring out the mirrored background and high-relief images
• Capsules - help protect and preserve the condition of your coins
• Produced by the San Francisco, Denver and Philadelphia Mints
