- Released on February 12, 2009 to commemorate the 200th anniversary of Abraham Lincoln's birth
- The obverse features an image of President Lincoln with the inscriptions LIBERTY, IN GOD WE TRUST and 2009
- The reverse features those immortal last 43 words of his most famous speech, The Gettysburg Address, "...we here highly resolve that these dead shall not have died in vain - that this Nation, under God, shall have a new birth of freedom - and that government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth." The words are encircled in a laurel wreath placed at its center. Above the wreath is the inscription, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. Below is a curling banner with Lincoln's signature incused in the center and on either side of the signature, the words ONE DOLLAR and E PLURIBUS UNUM
