- Reverse design, by sculptor Miley Busiek, features a male eagle carrying an olive branch and flying above a nest containing a female eagle and her hatchlings
- Graded SP70 - a Specimen State coin with the highest possible grading of 70
- Satin Finish (SP) - different and distinctive from regular coins because the dies are sandblasted with a fine mixture of sand and glass beads, called a "burnished finish" by the United States Mint, also known as Specimen State (SP)
