This is a beautiful coin but why would I pay $500+ dollars more then what it retails for from the US Mint? MS/PR 65 and above coins are beautiful. I don''t buy into first day of issue as a premium designation. I received the 1st presidential $ coins from the Mint ordered on their release date of 02/15/07. One box was packaged 01/30/07 & the other 02/07/07. The coins date of release has little to do with when they were struck.
