Why upgrade?
The labels for these did not match the other 35 States I've received. They didn't include the state number, their size was different. HSN finally recommended sending another set which I had asked them to do in the beginning. At first they said they didn't have any. This set has the same handmade labels. I'm trying to find a printer who can make me labels to match the rest of my set. I want to return the quarter rolls I have already received-HSN won't let me. I want HSN to reimburse me for having new labels printed-they won't. I will not get on another coin AS program with HSN again. HSN needs to find vendors that don't change the design in the middle, half-way thru, or even in the beginning of a series. Think about it 50 sets of coins at $90.00 a pop is a lot of money to spend on something that doesn't have the value that it initially was suppose to due to the incorrect labels. HSN, shame on you for letting these vendors get away with this! A very disappointed collector! Give 0 stars!
