Why upgrade?
I am new to coin collecting and thought this was a good value for the price. They helped me round out what I focusing on and I am happy to own them. They will probabaly be passed on so future family can apprecaite them and gain their increased value.
These are poor quality quarters that are not from the US Mint and the boxes are labeled incorrectly as well as the quarters in one instance are in a holder that is labeled incorrectly. This is not the first product that is far less than I expected or damaged by human finger prints. I have returned previously damaged products only to get the same type resent to me. The company HSN is using to supply these coins is giving HSN substandard products.
Disappointed with HSN on this purchase...
hoopref, PA2/8/2010
Most of the coins I purchase from HSN are very good quality. I was disappointed with this purchase. Of the 10 sets, both of the 2009 sets had the coins out of the cardboard cutouts in the plastic cases. Apparently the cases were not tight enough to hold the coins in place.
I emailed customer service and they responded that they had contacted their vendor and requested that they replace the two defective sets but I'm not confident that will happen since the item sold out on air. I definitely want the entire set and hope they can live up to their promise. The set is not complete without the 2009 coins.
