Not Completely Satisfied... Bobbi069, NY Rating

I am a novice to collecting and I know some collectors don't mind toning, but I have a problem with it when the cases these coins come in are supposed to be airtight. I can't see that they were opened (it takes some effort to open these Mint cases), and the coins aren't too badly toned, but still. I'm still trying to decide whether or not I will keep the set.
