1999-2009 State Quarter Mint and Proof Sets...
JG327, NY10/15/2010
The set included the entire proof and mint sets for the years including the quarters besides the other denominations of coins for those years. I purchased 2 sets and both sets displayed some wear to the packaging.
Didn't even deserve on star. My set came to me like it was run over by the UPS semi. I was missing the 2002 Denver set altogether and the 2001 Philly set was missing the quarters. The envelopes came all ripped up. The proof set boxes looked like they have been opened and closed 10,000 times with severely frayed edges. And even you can have all this for $1,000. I was told that these were from a 3rd party vendor but seeing the other reviews this seems not to be a one off event. Now I have to deal with sending it back and getting another one. I just wanted what they showed on TV with the packaging in good shape!
THE PRODUCT IS VERY GOOD.
THE CONDITION OF THE SHIPPING BOX WAS VERRY POOR. THE BOX WAS REALLY BEAT UP AND THE CONTENTS WERE NOT PACKED WELL. THE BOXES WERE DESTROYED FROM THE ROUGH HANDLING. I AM STILL NOT CERTAIN IF ALL OF THE PRODUCT IS HERE..
BIG let down. I was amazed on how Mike the coin GURU or HSN or third party handling the order packaged with little or any care at all. I mean it is only a $1000 order..right?Was barely enough packin peanuts to prevent further damage happening to the exsisting damaged goods. All envolpes that held MintsSet in such bad conditon I would be embarassed to show anyone..ripped/ bent up. Some packages had pinholes to let air into damage/age coin. The proof sets quarters had a tarnished yellow look to them...almost Fake looking? How could this happen to a sealed set?2005 case was shattered. If I was Mike the coin GURU I would be embarassed of company to have let this go out to a customer. I am ordering a relacement set in hopes of being prestine as the one they aired. I believe in 2nd chances in hope they can WOW me as a custmer the 2nd time. If not i will air it YouTube/ Facebook on how bad Mike is to deal with, and only cares about the $ not collecting.
