Very Pleased6/21/2008 I purchased 2 sets and took all of them to a coin dealer friend of mine. He said that he could sell each set for about 250.00 per box, thats 1500.00 total! ALL of the queaters were uncirculated and in great shape. So needless to say, 6 family members & friends will be getting very nice Christmas gifts this year!
don''t waste your money / , OK5/10/2008 Purchased these coins and was extremely disappointed, examining them I found numerous ,major flaws in nearly every set. I am not a professional , but if these are "Uncirculated" &"Brilliant" as stated , they must have been kept in a bag with other coins. I have been enrolled in HSN state quarter auto ship for years. I am now very concerned about the quality of those coins I have recieved, as they are sealed. Hope I am wrong.
What Quality????????????? / joe, MT3/25/2008 I was excited to open them and see what was advertized as some really beautiful coins. I was so disapointed to see that many of the coins had dents and scratches and the luster was more like a dullster. even the gold coins had their problems. I plan to keep them but if I had to do all over again you could bet I would not buy them. I received my Silver proofs from the US Mint today and Wow, Now that put a smile on my face. Sorry HSN you should pull these but not until you ship me the last set.
Extremely Poor Quality Coins & Poor Return Service / , OH3/24/2008 Coins were to be in brillant uncirculated condition, however coins were discolored and scratched. Very disappointed in poor quality, but even more disappointed that HSN will not process a return shipping label as for other merchandise. I have to wait 2-3 weeks for some unknown shipping company to pick up, and then wait another 2-3 weeks for credit to be issued. HSN does not manage the service for these unsatisfactory coins! This is a very poor excuse for guarantees and customer service.
QUALITY ... Just ... not ... there / Henry, WA3/11/2008 Some coins not even in their placeholder(s). Had to juggle them back in. Wouldn''t call these BRILLIANT uncirulated - just uncirculated. Gold layering unevenly applied. Coin orientation all over the map - up, down, sideways, etc. - certainly NOT like US Mint. Could go on, but is depressing to write this stuff. Am terribly disappointed in product!!! This is last coin-related item I''ll buy from HSN. Sorry, better luck with the next reviewer.
