• Highlights from the collection include - 1964 - first year of issue and the only 90% silver Kennedy Half Dollars ever made for circulation
• 1965 - 1970 - the only 40% silver Kennedy Half Dollars 
• 1970-D Mint - the rarest coin in the collection, only 2,150,000 were made 
• 1971 - the first copper-nickel coins 
• 1976 - the special one-time-only bicentennial coin with the dual date "1776-1976" and Independence Hall on the reverse
• 1980-P Mint - the first Half Dollar with a "P" Mint mark
• 2000 - the first coins of the new millennium
