I do like this silver certificate but it is a little pricy. I have found that all of the coins are on the high side.

1957 $1 Silver Certificate in Crisp Uncirculated Condition
Own a piece of U.S. Treasury history. Silver Certificates once represented a key United States currency form and were backed by actual silver in the Federal Reserve. Now you can own one from the 1957 Series, preserved in Crisp Uncirculated condition and professionally graded. It makes a wonderful addition to any collection and a memorable heirloom gift as well.

1957 Silver Certificate note

Small-size Silver Certificates were issued from Series 1928 to Series 1957
As a result, all Silver Certificates are now over 50 years old
Features a blue Treasury seal and blue serial numbers on the front which give it a very different appearance from today's Federal Reserve Notes that have green details
Each $1 Silver Certificate was originally backed by $1 in actual silver in the U.S. Treasury
The bearer of the note was allowed, by law, to exchange it on demand at the Treasury for $1 in silver
Although it is no longer possible to exchange the note for silver, it remains legal tender

Certified Crisp Uncirculated condition

Never placed into circulation
Set aside in the same condition as the day it was printed over 50 years ago
Certified by PMG, an independent grading company

Encapsulated in a plastic holder

Protects the Certificate's condition while allowing it to be safely viewed
