Pepperoni Calzone
Ingredients:
½ lb. deli ham
½ lb. hot cappicola
½ lb. sandwich pepperoni
Basil leaves
2 large balls of fresh mozzarella (2 cups of shredded mozzarella will work)
Pizza dough ball
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Roll out your dough to a rectangle approx. 18 x 13.
- Lay the ham slices on the dough, covering all but the outer 3 inches of dough. Layer the cappicola, pepperoni, basil, and mozz on top.
- Beginning with the edge closest to you, roll the dough, tucking the ingredients in as needed, you should have a “log” when it’s done.
- Curl one end of the log, to make a curl.
- Move into an 11” skillet.
- Bake for 45 min. or until dough is golden and done toward center.
