Fruit Kabobs With Summer Fresh Dip
 
Ingredients:
For the kabobs:
Firm fruit slices of your choice
1 tbsp olive oil
Light brown sugar
 
For the dipping sauce:
1 large tub light whipping cream
1 large box instant vanilla pudding
 
Directions:
  • Place slightly firm fruit cut to about the same size pieces on kabob sticks that have been soaked in water for 30 min.
  • Brush the fruit with olive oil and place on a hot grill, turn occassionally until the fruit starts to soften.
  • Sprinkle each kabob with about 1 TBSP of light brown sugar.
  • Cook 2 more minutes, remove from grill.
  • While the kabobs are grilling, mix the dip.
  • Mix instant pudding into whip cream, stir until well mixed,  keep cold and serve as dip for fruit.
