Cherry Smoked Tuna Steak with Herbed Mayonnaise
 
Yield: 4 servings
 
Ingredients:
1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1/4 cup plain fat-free yogurt
1 teaspoon chopped fresh oregano
1 teaspoon chopped fresh tarragon
1 teaspoon chopped fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoon cherry chips
4 (6 oz.) tuna steaks
 

Directions:
  1. Combine fat-free mayonnaise, fat-free yogurt, oregano, tarragon & lemon juice in a small bowl; stir well and set aside.
  2. Sprinkle salt and pepper over tuna.
  3. Using 2 tablespoons of cherry chips, smoke tuna steaks for twenty minutes over medium heat 
This should leave the steaks medium-rare. Serve with the herbed mayonnaise sauce plus your favorite side item and you have a tasty, healthy dinner.
