Barilla Piccolini® Mini Ziti with Cherry Tomatoes, Basil and Parmesan

Yield: 4-6 Servings
 
Ingredients:
1 box Piccolini® Mini Ziti
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic
4 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
4 leafs fresh basil, chopped
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
To taste salt
To taste freshly ground black pepper

Directions:
  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil.

  2. Sauté garlic with oil in a medium skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes.

  3. Add tomatoes; season with salt and pepper. Sauté tomatoes for 5 minutes or until heated through. Remove garlic clove.

  4. Meanwhile, cook Barilla Piccolini® MIni Ziti according to package directions. Drain Mini Ziti and toss with sauce.

  5. Sprinkle with cheese before serving.
