Asian Vegetable Stir Fry
Ingredients:
10 baby corn cobs (cut in half)
10 water chestnuts
10 straw mushrooms (cut in half)
2 tbsp veg oil
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp minced ginger
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp corn flour dissolved in 3 tbsp water
Chopped spring onions
1/2 lb shrimp (optional)
 
Directions:
  1. Heat oil until smoking.
  2. Fry garlic and ginger over medium heat.
  3. Add veggies and turn heat up.
  4. Cook for 2 minutes and add oyster sauce
  5. Add corn flour mixture at end to thicken sauce.
  6. Once sauce is thick, serve Garnish with onions.
