Leaner Pulled Pork
 
Yield: 4-6 Servings

Ingredients:  
2 pounds pork loin, trimmed of fat
2 cups water, beer or broth
1 cup any bbq sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste
 
Directions:  
  1. Combine all in Rice cooker.
  2. Close lid, press cook and let cook for 2 hours or until meat is fall-apart tender.
  3. Serve with buns and your favorite coleslaw.
