Rosanna’s Quick Cupcake Frosting
4 T. organic butter
3 T. tablespoons organic heavy cream
2 cups powered sugar
4 T. Whole organic milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
one dash salt
With a mixer:
Cream the butter until soft and creamy. Add the 2 cups powered sugar and mix well, add the 3 tablespoons heavy cream beat until smooth. Slowly add the organic milk and vanilla, if the frosting is too thick to spread add more milk. Add 1-2 drops of red food coloring to make pink cupcakes.
Frost the cooled cupcakes, decorate with pastel colored sprinkles and add pretty pastel birthday candle.
Cupcakes:
I am a busy working mother so I don’t always have enough time to hand make my own cake. I have found a German Organic cake mix which I love to use because it is healthy and easy to make. Just follow the directions and use organic eggs and milk for the added ingredients. The name of the cake mix is Dr. Oetker and you can find it on line or at your local organic food store. I use both the vanilla and chocolate mixes.
