| | | Chili Stir Fried Green Beans Ingredients 2 pounds Fresh green beans, washed and trimmed 1.5 cups water Salt 1 tablespoon peanut or sesame oil 1 tablespoon ginger, peeled and minced 2 tablespoons sweet chili paste (found in any Asian Market) 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped Directions: In pressure cooker, add the beans and water and a little salt. Close the lid, bring to high pressure, stabilize and cook for 3 minutes. Release pressure using cold-water release method. Open lid and place in a bowl. Drain any remaining excess water in the pot. In the same pot, heat the oil over high heat. Add the beans and the ginger. Cook for about 2 minutes, add the sweet chili, soy sauce and cilantro. Heat through and serve. |
