Missing calendars coming your way

Hi, again!

It was so wonderful being able to visit with all of you last week. We can’t believe how quickly the year has gone by and that holidays are just around the corner. We also can’t believe how many of you took advantage of our great TS and picked up one of our Gifts that Keep on Giving Collections. Please know that if you ordered or reserved the TS before the actual launch on December 6th, your calendar will be mailed to you separately. Please don’t worry.

The RAIN Customer Voice autoship was a tremendous disappointment. I simply can't believe that a product that smells that awful could be distributed with the Elariia name on it. I think IBB is trying to be too many things to too many people and you are risking your reputation for quality.

I am upset that the fact for me is I was told by HSN that I MUST return my TS package in order to get the above stated calendar.I was told that the calendars were put in the plastic with the Bath and Body goodies and they can't break up a shipment so I must RETURN THE WHOLE PACKAGE TO GET THE CALENDAR!

Hi Skip and Amanda I just thought I'd add my two cents worth on the Sandalwood. The bath gel was VERY strong and I had to return it. I didn't mind the creme as it was lighter, but still not my favorite. It's OK, tho', as I spend WAY too much on all of the other scents. I just opened an Avocado and Lemongrass liquid soap. It seems very heavy and I have trouble rinsing all of it off (my water never seems to get hot enough) and it clumps in small doses.Has it just been on my shelf too long?

Was psyched up about Sandalwood, but unfortunately it smells NOTHING like real Sandalwood e/o AT ALL!!! Too blended with citrus-scents for SW to properly shine through... Real Disappointment!

Ciao! I love the Sandalwood bath gel, but I felt the body creme didn't have the same warmth to it as the gel. It smells nice, but not like Sandalwood.

Hi Skip and Amanda. Blessings to you in the New Year. I LOVE the Sandalwood gel and the body cream. It has a most wonderful fragrance. Would love to see the gel in a larger size and also a Sandalwood cologne. All the Perlier/Elaria products are great, and I appreciate your sincerity and the quality of your products. Job well done!

Hi Skip and Amanda! I hope you and your family had a GREAT Christmas and a very HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! I don't know if this is the right place to post this or not, but, Skip, I bought the diffusers in the Cinnammon/Amber and Myrrh, and was going to give these as gifts and keep one. Well, I opened it yesterday, NEW YEARS DAY and the reeds are NOT absorbing the cinnammon at all. I hate to send the three others back, but was just wondering if you could replace the reeds with some better reeds? Thanks

I love the Elariia and Perlier lines....however, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, bring back (and more of them) the Vanilla Eau de Toilette and how about creating the same in Elariia Double Latte! I have missed the opportunity for the Vanilla for over 3 years now. Thanks for taking this info into consideration.

Dear Skip and Amanda, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, bring back the Perlier acacia honey shampoo. I love it. I can not use anything with conditioner in it, it makes my hair to soft. Tried the honey eucalyptus, not the same. Please bring back the acacia honey. Thank you.

I was very disappointed in the calendars. I didn't get mine with product and body cream came already opened and looked like someone had scooped some out. When HSN finally sent me a calendar after complaining..there were no coupons in it like previous years. I could have bought a calendar like that for $1..I used the coupons every month and when you had two books used both coupons.

I finally got my missing calendar today and then found out there aren't any coupons inside like there has been in the past few years. I was shocked and disappointed that there weren't any coupons. I wouldn't have been upset over the calendar if I had known there was nothing inside...ha

Not much space to write but after my small complaint I just wanted you to know that I am a big fan and lover of IBB. I have many allergies and your products are some of the few I can use. I am really bad about keeping everything for myself. I have discovered so many new favorite scents and I thank you for giving me something to look forward to each day.

I got the TS this year. I liked it but liked the one from last year better. I also purchased the large aroma diffusers in the amber & myrhh and the wild pine. I liked both scents but my wild pine did not have any bamboo sticks in it so was unable to use for Christmas. We live in a rural area and have not been able to locate a store nearby that may have them. Could you please ship the missing sticks? I have purchased lots of diffusers and this is the first time this has happened.
