I really like the idea of the wedge, but as the other reviewers have said the fabric is slippery! I finally just removed the fabric and just use the foam and it does not slip...the DVD is Great, you absolutly get a fabulous strength training workout. I would have given 5 stars but the fabric part stinks and the DVD can be improved upon too.

This product could be much improved. The wedges are a good idea but they need to be covered in a material that does not slip. If I can figure out a way to keep the wedges from slipping I will keep it; otherwise it''s going back!! Another thing I would suggest is a booklet with more suggested exercises. The DVD is Ok but he demonstates them so fast that it''s hard to keep up. By the time I''ve figured out what he''s doing he''s on to the next exercise, especially since the wedges keep slipping.

It makes you crazy trying to work out on this. would be better all one piece. Or a non slip surface. his website does not show 2 pieces but one. What gives? This is going back!
