By entering the sweepstakes, entrants agree to comply and be subject to all terms and conditions set forth in the Official Rules. HSN is not responsible for incorrect, faulty or misdirected email transmissions or inaccurate entry of information due to human error, technical malfunction of any network, computer or other equipment or software or any other cause. HSN reserves the right to terminate the promotion and award the prize in a random drawing from all eligible entries prior to termination in the event that the promotion is compromised in any way.
One GRAND PRIZE of a Billionaire Boyfriend Fragrance Kit and trip for two to Paradise Island, Bahamas will be awarded. The trip consists of roundtrip airfare to and from the winner's home, 3 nights at the Royal Towers at Atlantis, ground limo transfers to and from Nassau International Airport. The terms and conditions related to the winner's redemption of the GRAND PRIZE trip voucher are as follows:
- Reservations made in terms of this offer are subject to availability and may not be made for any major holiday periods or any blackout periods as defined by Kerzner International Resorts, Inc. at its sole discretion.
- Certificate will be valid for travel for one year from the issue date and will be noted on the certificate.
- This offer does not include meals, service charges, energy surcharges, taxes & gratuities, airport departure taxes, or incidental charges, unless so noted.
- This offer is not transferable or redeemable in cash.
- No extension of offer validity period is permitted.
- Once a reservation is made, no amendments will be accepted.
- A credit card imprint or cash deposit will be required from the guest at check-in for all incidental charges,
- This ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE must be surrendered to the front desk agent at check-in for the offer to be honored. Should the ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE not be surrendered, the guest will be responsible for all accommodations and incidental charges incurred during the stay, at applicable public rates.

The winners will determined through a random drawing of all eligible entries on or about January 28, 2012. The GRAND PRIZE winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release within 7 days of receipt. The travel companion of the GRAND PRIZE winner will also be required to complete a Release of Liability. Should the winner fail to submit the required documents within the time allotted, an alternate winner may or may not be selected.
Except where prohibited, entrants agree that: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforcement of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor and its agents shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law of any jurisdiction. Entrant agrees that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes, or awarding of the prizes, shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida and entrant hereby consents and submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such action. Except where prohibited, by participating in this sweepstakes, entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this sweepstakes, or awarding of the prizes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in the sweepstakes but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Such jurisdictions do not allow the limitations or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above my not apply to you.
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. The retail value of the prizes to be awarded is approximately $3500.00. Taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Void where prohibited. Should the GRAND PRIZE become unavailable for any reason, we reserve the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value. All applicable federal, state and local laws apply. All sweepstakes determinations will be made by Sponsor and will be final.
Winners release Sponsor, Prize Provider, their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies from all liability in connection with participation in this sweepstakes promotion, including but not limited to any unforeseen accident or injury as a result of the use of the prizes awarded.
