Love Product! Disappointing Refill Kit!... Sprout303, IN Rating

I do love the product although I wish the unit would spin the sponge/brush when in use. Anyway, I also agree with other posters here that the cream should be sold seperately. Also, the cream should be bigger (as well as the sponges... As they are a lot smaller than the ones that came in the initial kit). I also agree that we should have refill kit options. I, too, don't need the cleanser every time. I mainly need the cream and probably a sponge or two. Have to say that the sponges are not very durable. They tend to tear off easy; therefore, I do need the sponge replacements. Something definitely needs to change with this refill kit situation. Otherwise, I will be cancelling my autoship. PLEASE listen to the numerous requests for change!!!

Happy we can get attachments "but"... Norton, PA Rating

I wish we could get the spa brush in a refill order. I hope soon it will be come available, if not it would be cheaper to just keep ordering the whole system. Another thing; where in the world did the batteries come from? They lasted so long I was amazed.....wish they included them with a spa brush in this set & that would be a great! I still give it a 5 star because Susan Lucci & HSN listens to what we say. SO: Refill kit with spa brush & batteries & I'd be soooo happy. "PLEASE

NOT SURE HOW I FEEL ABOUT AUTOSHIP-NOT REALLY A FAN. BUT I DO LOVE THE PRODUCTS--CLEANSER SMELLS SO INCREDIBILE AND IS PERFECT FOR MY SENSITIVE SKIN. ALSO, CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THE YOUTHFUL ESSENCE CRYSTALS. TREATMENT REALLY SMOOTHS AND BALANCES THE TONE AND TEXTURE OF MY SKIN. EVEN AFTER TRYING ALL KINDS OF NEW PRODUCTS, I ALWAYS COME BACK TO USING THIS FOR BEAUTIFUL LOOKING SKIN.

The size is to small for the auto ship. I like the product but wish they had a larger size and also not have to order all the sponges every time.
