I will not reorder any mascara again. I love so many of your products but this one is a bust for me. Difficult to put on and if you dont do horizonal brush appllication it is clumpy. Horizonal application like the directions say, is the ONLY way it can look good. A second application looks better as directions say. Would like it easy to apply. Keep trying as I love your products normally.

I have tried many different mascara's looking for the perfect one and this was NOT it by a longshot. Worst ever. Dry and did not lengthen or thicken at ALL. Was the only mascara I ever tried that flaked throughout the day. I will stick to Lancome cause I guess you get what you pay for.

I've ever used. Makes my eyelashes thick looking and long,WOW!Doesn't flake or smear like so many others i've tried or used over the past few decades.This has been my fav mascara since 8/2010 Highly recommend.

My favorite mascara and one that others comment on when I wear it. I always buy several so I am not without this.

I love the mascara but I take away 1 star because 1 tube was dried up. Not good business.
