This product is not worth the money. It hurts a lot and it doesn''t even get all of the hairs. It is a horrible product & I would not recommend anyone buy this, it will just be a waste of money!

ok it hurts. And another thing, I don''t understand which way to do it. Is it better to do from front to back or vice versa. I mean where the root is - do you let the machine pull down the hair shaft or up the hair shaft. anyway, good idea but one hair at a time? -- now would be forever. I agree with the other girl, like one hair at a tie-- can''t they profect it. It makes your skin itchy and bumpy bc u try to hurry up and get it over with. I don''t know. Happy Easter 4/11/09

Not only is this product ineffective, it hurts and it causes ingrown hairs. I called customer service to see if I could get a refund since the product was causing the problem, but since it had been longer than 60 days they would not let me return it. I think that if a product is causing a health problem that took longer than 2 months to appear, I should get a refund. Needless to say, I will not be purchasing anything else from HSN.

Removed the hair, even the ones I feared were too short. There was slight discomfort, but it was work it!!

WORKS OK, BUT ONLY ON LONG HAIRS... Pam, MA Rating

This item seems like a good solution to hair removal from by upper lip, chin and neck. However, it will only work if the hairs are fairly long. And who wants to have long whiskers protruding from their face, chin and neck? Not me! The other thing is that it hurts when it pulls them out. Personally, I would prefer waxing, which will also pull out the hairs, but will remove a large patch at a time rather than one hair at a time. Most uncomfortable. This item is a good idea, but needs improvement.
