wow,i was very skeptical,had it for 6 weeks now, today went back and looked at my b4 pic,my eyes are very much wider and puffines is almost gone,jowels are tighter.need to work on saggy skin frm corner of mouth to chin though,this really does work.

I just received this product and can already feel the benefits. To learn the process, I just popped my instructional DVD in the laptop, set up a small cosmetic mirror so I could see what I was doing, and followed along real-time. After a few sessions, you really don't need the DVD any more. It was definitely worth it!

I am in my mid-forties and I can definitely see a difference. I wouldn't say it is a face altering kind of difference, but rather, the slight kind of improvement that makes you realize what you're doing is helping. I use it every day, (in the morning while I'm watching TV) and really, once you've done it a couple of times, the product is very easy to use. I'm buying two more; one for travel and one for a back-up. I love it that much.

The the plastic case was cheap. The cord is too short to do no matter how much you "stretch it" as the video instructs. I used it religiously twice a week for 3 weeks with no visual improvement. It did however make my skin very red which took quite a while to go away. Some of the "tingling" actually burned my forehead which is very sensitive. I was very disappointed in the product as Suzanne usually has great products. This one has a lot of room for improvement.
