I FOLLOWED LISA'S TIPS ON LIPS AND STILL THIS WAS THE MOST AWFUL LIP LINER I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. A PURE AND SIMPLE WASTE OF MONEY REGARDING THE SHIPPING COSTS.
