Why because it removes spots. Period uneven tone becomes even as a rule Serious Skin care did nothing to improve my skin. A waste of money. But best I can explain the cheap toy a sheet of wax paper over wax you draw with the plastic pen lift the sheet your writings were erased That is what Rulenea does for the dark marks one day you notice that your skin is ONE even color. Obviously I was amazed. Only problem the eye tube serum rushes out whole way too large need more serum in this bottle

Did not care for this product. Could not see a difference in 30 days, should of returned, but forgot, so now I am stuck with it.
