The lip pencil seems empty ---barely anything comes off of them. The brow liner was a disappointment does not stay on.

These are wonderful when you first get them and use for 1st or 2nd. time but then they don't work and don't last long..I truly wished they did work..love the idea but this doesn't cut it.
