This is not as hard as some have said.It is like butter.Melts into dry hands and heels keeping them soft.Came back to order other "flavors".Would like to see this in double latte.

Difficult to use - like putting on floor wax to get it out of the container. Would have sent back but would have cost more than I spent so have put it at the office and maybe someone there will use if they can get out of the container.

My whole family uses this on hands, knees, elbows and heels: my husband who works outside my daughter who is a ceramist and works in clay and me who does everything else. You have to warm the butter up with your hands to get it worked into your skin, but it provides great protection. The scents are lovely, and not overpowering.
