Were happy to receive the special with two sets of tips and pads, however, the unit itself did not function properly so had to send back for exchange, only no more available for replacement. Just now reordered, same price but without all the extras so quite disappointing. New one seems to be working for now, received this week, so will wait a couple of weeks to see how it holds up before writing new review on that purchase.

My unit wouldn't stay on the low setting, it kept switching to high every time I tried to use it. Mine went back to HSN. This is NOT a cheap product, so I expected much better quality from this unit. They clearly need to work out the performance bugs...I'm not sure I'd attempt trying it again.

I bought this product mainly for facial hair upper lip. After a few months of use I see a slower rate of hair regrowth. I suffered a lot of burns in the process. The size of the tool for facial hair is too wide for good control of upper lip hair removal. If it was half the size it would be great. It's a good size for other facial areas though. I still epilate and tweeze. Do I love it? No. It's just OK.

Hate it. Sorry I bought it and didn't return it right away. Waste of money. Tried to return it but I 'exceeded' the number of returns to the site, so I'm stuck with this piece of garbage. Do yourselves a favor, don't waste your money like I did. If I could give zero stars I would have, but you need to pick something.
